Scope and contact
This policy applies to LumaLink VPN 1.0 for iPhone, offered by Free Proxy Limited. Contact freecalllabs@icloud.com for privacy questions or deletion requests.
Device data
The app stores onboarding status and VPN configuration on your device. The preset VPN password is stored in the device Keychain. Connection status, duration and error messages are displayed locally. The app requires no app account and includes no advertising or analytics SDK.
VPN service
The app uses Apple’s built-in IKEv2. Connecting presents authentication credentials to the VPN gateway. Traffic routed through the VPN is processed by the gateway, including network addresses, DNS requests and routed traffic needed to provide the connection. Destination websites receive the traffic you request and apply their own privacy policies. A VPN does not guarantee anonymity.
Free Proxy Limited operates the VPN server. The server collects and stores connection times, user IP addresses, traffic statistics, DNS queries and records of websites accessed for 30 days. These records are used to provide and maintain the VPN connection, troubleshoot faults and maintain service security. Records can be associated with a connection through its IP address and timestamps. This is not a zero-log VPN. The app does not upload these records to an advertising or analytics service.
Data use and disclosure
VPN data is processed to provide the requested connection. We do not sell VPN user data or use it for advertising, profiling or unrelated purposes. We do not disclose VPN user data to third parties for their own purposes.
TestFlight and support
Apple operates TestFlight and may provide crash reports and feedback under its applicable privacy terms. Information you voluntarily send to support is used to respond and investigate your issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive browsing content. Request deletion of support correspondence by email; applicable legal retention obligations may remain.
Control and retention
Disconnect to stop VPN forwarding. Remove the VPN configuration in app Settings to delete this app’s system configuration and saved Keychain password. Deleting only the app may not remove every system or Keychain item. You can also manage VPN in iOS Settings. Device deletion does not establish deletion of server data. Local onboarding settings remain until reset or removed; VPN server logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted. You may request access or earlier deletion by contacting the email above. Because no personal app account is required, we may need connection dates and sufficient information to verify and identify the relevant records; do not send your VPN password. You may withdraw from the service by disconnecting and removing its configuration. Contact us for deletion of records already stored.
Security and updates
iOS manages the tunnel and Keychain protects the saved password. No system guarantees absolute security. This service is not designed for children. Material changes to data practices will be disclosed before taking effect, and this policy’s effective date will be updated.

本机数据

VPN 流量

VPN 服务器由 Free Proxy Limited 自行运营。服务器收集并保存连接时间、用户 IP 地址、流量统计、DNS 查询和访问网站记录，保留 30 天，用于提供和维护 VPN 连接、故障排查及服务安全维护。记录可通过 IP 地址和时间与连接关联。本服务不是零日志 VPN。App 不向广告或统计服务上传这些记录。
用途与披露
VPN 数据处理用于提供用户请求的连接。我们不出售 VPN 用户数据，不用于广告、画像或无关用途，不向第三方披露供其自身用途使用。
反馈与删除
Apple 按其隐私条款运营 TestFlight，可能提供崩溃报告和反馈。主动发送的支持信息用于回复与排查，请勿发送密码或敏感浏览内容。可通过邮箱请求删除支持通信，法律要求保留的内容除外。
断开可停止 VPN 转发。在 App 设置删除 VPN 配置，可移除本 App 的系统配置和保存的钥匙串密码。仅卸载 App 可能不会删除全部系统及钥匙串项目，也可在 iOS 设置管理 VPN。本机删除不代表服务端数据删除。VPN 服务器日志保留 30 天后删除。可通过上述邮箱请求访问或提前删除记录。因 App 不要求个人账号，我们可能需要连接日期及足以核实、定位相关记录的信息，请勿提供 VPN 密码。断开并删除配置可停止使用服务；已保存记录的删除请联系我们。
安全与更新
iOS 管理隧道，钥匙串保护密码，任何系统都不保证绝对安全。本服务不面向儿童。重大数据处理变化会在生效前说明，并更新本页生效日期。
